Hoover Dam

Named after President Herbert Hoover, unanimously considered to be the worst President of the 20th century, that's right, even worse than Calvin Coolidge!  He hired an army of beavers to build the dam, you just couldn't get away with that these days.  You'd have to use Mexicans.

'Amsterdam

Constructed during the great hamster revolution of 1894.  Hamsters were incensed than mankind insisted on calling them "Hamsters" despite the fact they called themselves 'amsters and the letter "h" is highly offensive in hamster religion.  Well fuck you hamsters we won - H H H H!!!.

Jean Claude Van Dam

Built by Belgian natives, the dam was unfortunately unsuccessful in holding back a tide of god awful films.
