Charlie Bird

This weekend saw violence and unruly behaviour in Ireland which has not been seen in weeks, maybe even months, when the Love Ulster group, led by Wee Willie Winkie tried to parade through Dublin, much to the chagrin of the Love Ulster, But Only As Part Of A 32 County Socialist Republic group.

The most disturbing part of this was the brutal attack on Charlie Bird, brother of Big Bird, son of Dickie Bird, Cousin of Larry Bird and purveyor of fine custards.  Mr. Bird was punched in the beak, kicked on the wing and it is believed that the protestors tried to mount him on a spit to roast him.

As they beat him they called him an "Orange bastard", which is ridiculous, because, just like his brother Big Bird, he is clearly yellow.  Mr. Bird was taken to hospital by Gardai along with his friend Mr Snuffleupagus.
